CULTIVATING UNIFICATION

ENERGY TRANSFORMATION
Tantra = weave system.
Come from Sanskrit root “Tan” - to expand.Tantra is an ancient Hindu tradition - a set of practices and rituals focused on non duality as a way to cultivate balance, unification, and ultimately enlightenment.Tantra and Yoga are different paths that developed from the same root.In my classes and retreats, We focus on awareness and energy transformation to support inner freedom and a balanced life: healing, emotional regulation, healthy boundaries and more..I believe, we are all students seeking to live a more connected, meaningful, balanced, joyful and peaceful life. The practices I offer help us observe and become aware of our thoughts, emotions and actions.
Through this awareness, a door opens to freedom - the freedom of creation.
Choosing our authentic response, with understanding that the polarities within us are accepted - as they are - and that wholeness arises from their coexistence.

Meditation
"heart chakra's mudra"
Meditation is a deep & powerful tool that can work for
everyone and in every situation in life.
Meditation means conscious focus.Non-judgmental observation of whatever we choose to put our attention on.In Eastern traditions – the main goal of meditation practice is enlightenment (nirvana/moksha).A tool to transform philosophical ideas into direct experience (and not only in an intellectual way).In my classes - Meditation is a tool to quiet external distractions - to connect with my body and inner truth, allowing to better understand what I truly need and want, and find the courage to follow it.A tool to return to the
present moment
and accept it - as it is -Benefits:
Effective for responding wisely in extreme situations, dealing with self & social criticism.
reducing stress, anxiety, impatience, overthinking, and more..Increases self-awareness for physical and mental health, supports emotional regulation, cultivating inner peace, freedom of choice, improves focus and clarity, and so much more benefits that support everyday life!!

Vipassana
The information presented below is shared simply as an introduction to a tool I deeply believe in and use in my teachings:Vipassana is a meditation practice based on the teachings of the Buddha, Siddhartha. The practice is about exploring body sensations in order to directly experience
(not just intellectually) that the only thing constant in life - is change. Our body automatically reacts with sensations to stimuli.
To these sensations, we usually add interpretation:
“pleasant” or “unpleasant” = attachment or resistance. For example:
Stimulus: heat
Automatic body reaction: sweating
Interpretation: unpleasant → aversion, resistance, irritation, impatienceThis labeling of “good” or “bad” creates suffering.
If I feel something I don’t want to feel (“unpleasant”) → suffering.
If I feel something I do want (“pleasant”), the moment it disappears → suffering.Suffering does not come from the sensation itself, but from resisting it.In the practice we become more and more sensitive to subtler sensations and learn how to think and feel in a balanced, flowing, and less judgmental way.

PSangha
A word combines psychedelia & sangha (community in Sanskrit - ancient scriptural language of India)
PSangha is a community that creates unique experiences such as parties, gatherings, retreats, workshops, and musical journeys. These spaces are created to bring hearts closer together and to learn how to connect with inner truth in a practical, interesting, and experiential way.
To support a culture of freedom & exploration, to expand beyond familiar limits into one’s true self.Using tools from movement, meditation, music, and psychedelia.Through embodied awareness and deep connection to the body, we explore how full acceptance of any experience as it is - allows our natural flow to create a reality that is free and authentic.
